Majoo Onboarding
Overview
Majoo is a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) system specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Indonesia. This system offers a comprehensive set of features, including inventory management, sales tracking, customer management, employee management, and reporting.
During the period of 2023-2024, Majoo's current goal is to acquire more than 40,000 active users. However, as the number of users increases, there is a need to optimize the acquisition process independently without adding additional resources.
The initial approach involves revamping the existing onboarding process and aligning it with Majoo's new design system.
Team Collaborate with Product Owner, Researcher & UX Writer.
Role & Responsibility:
- Conduct user research to find pain points of the onboarding flow
- Brainstorm & Iterate multiple solutions
- Finalize designs
Challenge
We are facing challenges in revamping the existing onboarding process due to uncertainty and incomplete data, which will affect the decision-making process for the revamp.
